Privacy Policy
1. Publisher and contact
The application is published by ICS Sécurité — Solutions Numériques. For privacy questions, contact support@ics-securite.fr.
2. Local processing
Ethernet, USB, LLDP/CDP, LAN Scanner, visible Wi-Fi network and diagnostic information is processed locally on the Android device. The application contains no advertising, audience analytics or user-tracking technology.
3. History
Switch / Port and LAN Scanner history is stored only in the application’s private local database. Users can delete individual records or clear categories from the interface.
4. PDF exports
PDF reports are created locally only at the user’s request. Opening, sharing, copying or storing them then depends on the applications and locations selected by the user.
5. Network communications
AutoTest may perform DNS resolution and a technical TCP connection to evaluate the Ethernet interface. LAN Scanner probes devices on the local Ethernet subnet. These operations are bound to the tested Ethernet interface and must not use Wi-Fi or mobile data as fallback.
6. Wi-Fi analysis
Android may require Nearby Wi-Fi Devices and Location permissions to provide scan results. The application uses information such as SSID, BSSID, frequency, channel and RSSI. It does not record GPS location.
7. Permissions
Permissions are used only for visible application functions: USB access to the Ethernet adapter, network state and diagnostics, Wi-Fi scanning and user-requested document creation.
8. Contact
The contact button opens the email application selected on the phone. No message is sent without user confirmation.
9. Changes
This policy will be updated before enabling any feature that changes data processing, including a future online license validation mechanism.
